Event Production

With over a decade of experience producing great events, Race Day Timing has the knowledge, experience and equipment to assist you in producing a top-notch event.

Start/Finish Lines

Our Jaguar Chip Timing services include a professional looking 10 to 20 foot finish line tower(depending on event size) that allows the hanging of banners both along the top and sides. Our great looking general use banners are included, or we can supply custom banners for your event or utilize your existing banners depending on their size.

For large events or for that extra pop, we also have large start/finish line modular trussing which is 3.5 meters tall and up to 8.5 meters wide. Race Day Timing's large start/finish line will easily accommodate the largest events, and add pizzazz to every event.

Start/finish line services included finish chute fencing as well as barricades to provide crowd control for racers and spectators at the finish area.

Registration

While many of our clients use Active.com or similar services for their registration, we offer mail in registration for our own events and suggest you consider doing so too. Why? Many athletes resent paying online registration fees (while others love the ease of paying online with their credit card). While you can opt to have the on-line fee deducted from the proceeds you receive from the fee, the cost is considerable. We can prepare and process your mail in, check paid, registrations for you at less cost than an online service.

Event Supplies

Need supplies for your race? In conjunction with our other services, we can provide the canopies, water and ice coolers, tables and other supplies for your race at a very reasonable cost. We also have bike racks for triathlon and bike events available for rent.

Event Web Sites and Marketing

Need a web site dedicated to your event? Our graphic artists and web designers can design a logo for your event and even build you a turn key web site for your race; as well as prepare your print ads and rack cards. Some examples of our recent designs: Gran Fondo Las Vegas and the Tri-States Gran Fondo.

Cycling Events

We have more experience producing century and longer cycling events than any company in the Southwest. Our parent company, Planet Ultra, Inc., has all the equipment and experience to produce all aspects of cycling events, including fully equipped sag/broom wagons. We've produced century-distance events for national charities. We are happy to discuss producing an entire event for you or assisting in the production of any part of your cycling event.
